Settling in at Montsalvat

It's been just over a week since Pattern Recognition officially opened. Thank you to everyone who came along on the day and to everyone who's visited since!

If you haven't visited me at the studio yet, please do! You'll be able to see all the work that wouldn't fit in to the gallery show! :P

I'll be in residence at Montsalvat until the end of October. Hope to see you there x

This Peculiar Pattern Is Showing Up All Over the Universe

Kelvin-Helmholtz waves occur when there is a velocity difference across the interface between two fluids. This causes instability that results in a particular wave pattern seen commonly on Earth in water and air.

Now for the first time with new, better instruments, scientists have been able to detect these same wave patterns in the magnetosphere and plasmasphere.
